This series identify and explain the legal method applied on and by European legal players. Each individual book consists of a number of contributions, in the form of essays, each of which addresses different aspects of the subject in focus. The books are part of a research project called "Towards a European Legal Method: Synthesis or Fragmentation?" funded by the Danish Social Science Research Council.
