Denne årbog samler de seneste tendenser i international voldgift og analysere dem ud fra en videnskabelig tilgang.
Bogen har samlet bidrag fra 25 forskere og praktikere fra hele verden, som videregiver deres viden og tanker på grundlag af deres store erfaring inden for de forskellige områder af voldgift.
Voldgift er en af de mest succesrige løsninger på konflikt det internationale område, det være sig i forbindelse med kommercielle tvister, investor-statslige konflikter eller idrætskontroverser. Grunden til succesen er den hurtige udvikling af juridisk praksis vedrørende de forskellige typer og stadier af voldgiftsproceduren.
